Very good service. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast (included in rate, not "complimentary" as some may lead you to believe) was simple but good, warm and an excellent start. Simple eggs, ham, warm muffins, good (not natural) juice and coffee, cereal, etc. all in a very comfortable yet simple ambiance. I had some connectivity problems with the in-room wired internet connection (trying to use a VPN) and was amazed at the speed and quality of response from the service desk (remotely located). Solve the problem in 1 minute with complete command of the situation. My only objection is that since I was there in a busy weekend (schools with parent weekends) I was charged a very high rate ($*) given the type of hotel and location. Would certainly consider it for my next visit but would like a better price.

We arrived late on a chilly November night to the lovely gas fire and warm decor of this motel. The clerk was very friendly, making sure we had hot water for our free! hot chocolates at the make your own hot beverage station. He also kindly asked if we had a AAA card which I much appreciated as I was too tired to think of it myself. The place was immaculate and this includes the room which had a modern but very tasteful decor and warm and inviting bathroom. The bedding was exceedingly comfortable. Our only mistake was not turning up the thermostate to 72 as at 70 it felt more like 68. They offer a ""hot"" breakfast which is simply the usual continental breakfast at most motels with 2 hot plates one that served these egg discs and another that served ham discs. My husband put then together with a bagel and make a morning sandwich. Otherwise breakfast was unremarkable but fine.

For an average Japanese like me, some American clerks are often unfriendly and impolite, and sometimes very offensive (in particular at rent-a-cars). But I finally found an absolutely friendly clerk at this hotel. She gave me a hearty welcome and smile, even though it was late at night. The fee was a little bit high, but I strongly recommend this hotel to those who want to stay at a comfortable hotel.
There was, however, one defect: the elevator smelled bad. -

My daughter and I were visiting an area college and decided to stay overnight for convenience. We were very pleased with our accommodations in all respects. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The room was spotless and very nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable, with three fluffy pillows on each one. We slept well and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As a bonus, the free breakfast was delightful!
