The last time we stayed, the parents in the pool had no control of their kids. It was very unsafe, if this keeps going on there will be a lawsuit in the pool. There were kids climbing up on top the ladder poles when they were wet and jumping, one kid fell almost right on top of my child. The resort when told about it did not care. There was theft in our room. Two hours after we left I called back and forgot something, and they said the cleaning lady didn't find it, well I know they did, because I know exactly where I left it. I would have thought they would have questioned the person that cleaned the room. The rest of the stay was okay. I might be willing to stay again depending on the safety. I know we were just a number, but I know other people were complaining about the same thing. I think the resort is nice, but should be full at all times as nice as it is, so maybe you need to watch the pools more, beings that is your main attraction, in case you have a boat.

I was very disappointed! It was a very large and confusing complex with many differt resort condos. Checking in was confusing and difficult. The beds were worn out and very uncomfortable. The couch was broke! The indoor swimming pool is seperated from the lobby by a glass wall - very awkward! There is no access to the lake unless you have a boat. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Nice room, nice view. Could hear everything that was going on in the room next to us and the room right above us and everybody walking by outside. I know this happens but it seemed a lot worse than any other place I have stayed. Will probably look for another place the next time that we go for a visit.
