Hotel fit my needs for business trip. Unsure of what a weekend stay would be like, or during the middle of the summer, because of the attached waterpark. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to the area.

I go to the Brainerd/Baxter area every month for business. It is the only place i would stay. Has everything you need, with a great staff and clean rooms. Breakfast could be a bit better with more of a mix of sausage. bacon and hashbrowns...but still very good.

I travel to the Brainerd lakes area often to visit family, and this is always my 1st choice of hotels to stay at. My 2 girls 5 and 7 had a great time at the waterpark the lifeguards are every where, and were very friendly if I had any questions. I really liked that even my 18 month old could play in the kids area with the zero depth I didnt have to worry about her going under water while playing to.

The Holiday Inn in Brainerd is conveniently located and offers a clean and comfortable place to stay. Although I dd not have children with me, the indoor waterpark offers great entertainment for families with children.
