I actually "lived" at this hotel for about 16 months total. The General Mgr is second to none. After the second day he always addresses me by name. The staff was always extremely helpful and accomodating. I have back problems and the beds there were pretty comfortable - just like home, if not better. They have a happy hour every Wednesday with free drinks and food that was always catered from a local restaurant. The gazebo outside was a great retreat 3 out of 4 seasons. The gas grills are also top notch - I want one exactly the same for my home. They have a very convenient 24 hr. "store" in the lobby that has anything you need to get you by until the next day, except TUMS, but I think they have those now. Prices in the store were very fair. There is plenty of free guest laundry as well. In 16 months, I never had to wait on a washer or dryer. Although I didn't use it, the fitness center looked better than average. Another note about the Gen Mgr and his helpful attitude. My vehicle would not start one day and I went in to ask him if he new of a place that was reasonable for auto repair. He picked up his cell phone, said "Hey, this is T.P. I have a very important guest of mine needing help with his vehicle." They were there in 5 minutes and were very cheap. They actually recommended AGAINST changing a couple parts that I thought were wrong. That's honesty you just don't find anymore from auto repair shops.
