  Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, room was large and well equipped. a bit pricey at $100 just to sleep, but our overall experience was very good.

  We had a mini-suite & the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were knowledgable of the area as the clerk at the front desk was very helpful directing me to a specific pharmacy as I needed a refill on my meds & we're from New England. The maids were happy to provide us with extra coffee & sugar/creamer pkgs and extra ash-trays. The room was clean, smelled clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels, extra pillows, blankets and sheets were available in the room for the pull out bed. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Very easy access to and from the Interstate. Lobby and breakfast area was clean and breakfast items were restocked quickly as needed. Safe, secure interior hallways were also clean. I would stay at this specific hotel when we drive South again.

  Traveling from the Dallas area to visit family in TN, this location was a great stopping point along the way. I stay at HIE's on business travel whenever I can, and this one is first-rate. Clean, comfortable for my family of 4, and the staff was great. Highly recommended if you're traveling along I-40.

  This hotel is just outside Little Rock and in a very convenient location. Clean, updated, nice. Breakfast hostess had trouble keeping up with the coffee supply, but there was a big breakfast crowd. This is the second time we've stayed here, and we will again.

  We found ants in the bathroom. the refrigerator didn't work. the air conditioning unit was so noisy we had to shut it off to get any sleep. there was ...

  We found ants in the bathroom. The refrigerator didn't work. The air conditioning unit was so noisy we had to shut it off to get any sleep. There was no response from management when we complained. The walls were so thin we could hear TVs in the adjoining rooms.
