Very pretty resort,the ride there is scary to say the least. I have stayed at other sandals and would not return here. The food was so so to be kind. There is no backround music all day so it is extremely quiet. The butlers were the only ones to smile. The rest of the staff had attitudes.The best meal was the returning guest dinner, and Jasmins restaurant was by far the best meal of all. They had a photo shoot on sat. and removed just about everything from around the pools and took all the chairs off the beach,took all the rafts and just about all the umbrellas no water activities were ava for the day,2 people were hurt by the low flying helicopter. All this without so much as were sorry.

Sandals Whitehouse was an extremely laid back resort. The service was great & the accomodations were perfect. Every room had an ocean front view. The bartenders at the swim up bars made the experience very memorable. The only thing we didn't like was not being able to get beer stored in the refrigerator in our room, they stocked juice, pop & water only. I think if you were in a suite you coul d get that. The food at all restaurants were excellent, never had a bad meal. This was the best vacation we have ever had & would go back next year. If you are into just kicking back,this is a great resort to go to. Just make sure you take a few outfits for dress up dining.

I thought this resort was beautiful. It was a cruise type setting without being confined to a ship! The beach was beautiful and very clean. There was lots of natural shade on the beach as well. The restaurants had very good service and the food choices were plentiful. The only negative comment I have is concerning the ride from the airport to the resort---Very scary!!! I wish that this resort had been closer to the airport-good thing there was plenty of alcohol to calm the nerves! The rooms are very nice and clean. There were plenty of clean towels for the pool and the beach each day we were there. I would definitely go back there.

My husband and I went to the Whitehouse for our honeymoon. Although not thoroughly impressed by the Jamaican roads or the travel time it was all worth it once we arrived. The property is impecable. The staff courteous and knowledgeable. The food delish especially Cafe de Paris. We enjoyed having the choice between beaches and pools, outdoor activities as well as indoor. The Red Lane Spa was top quality. Take advantage of the tours and staff as they will make the most out of your stay.
