  I was down for a business trip and not looking for much in the way of a room. Just a bed, TV and wireless. The nonsmoking room had cigarette burns in the carpet, bed spread and all the furniture. When I first walked in there was a smell. The bath room window, which would not close, faced into a room that held the heating oil tank. The phone did not work and was never fixed after I mentioned it to the staff. The dead bolt on the door also did not work. You need an access code for the wireless internet and it took the staff about three hour and several requests to provide it to me. Finally, all the towels, and face clothes were stained. The location was good, and it was very quiet.
