The room was clean and tasteful. A refrigerator would have been welcomed. Although it was a non-smoking room, it smelled of smoke when we walked in and the towels reeked of smoke. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We might stay again if we are in the area, although there are other hotels we may try.

Very reasonably priced for a suite. Pets allowed, nicely refurbished rooms. The bathroom was a bit awkward with a shelf over the toilet, but otherwise nice with plenty of supplies, shampoo, towels, etc. No locked doors at entrances, but since I lived in the area for 20 years, I didn't feel unsafe.

staff and service provided. We were impressed that our car was cleaned off upon our return. Their sleep/park and fly package is the most reasonable at Bradley and the suite is large and very comfortable for a family of 5! What a stress-free way to start our vacation. -

Great system for sleep, park and fly package. Staff friendly, shuttle driver courteous and helpful. Rooms recently renovated and clean. Light continental breakfast, not fancy, but adequate. Can't beat the price and convenience. We stay overnight when we have an early morning flight, that way we have no worry about weather or traffic issues. Always on time for departures. During winter weather, car is cleaned off and ready to go when we return from trip.

If you are flying out of Bradley Airport and need to park your vehicle, you can never find a better value. You can park for up to 15 days with the fly/stay package. I recommend you spend an extra $10 to get the suite which is much larger than the standard room. They are supposed to update their continental breakfast so it is more than a bagel and donut holes. When I stayed there they did make the error of writing down the wrong return date. We had to have the staff move a van from in front of our car, but I would still stay there again if I needed to elave my vehicle.
