  This hotel is with no doubts the best of Santiago. Quiet (appart from room * and * due to a indoor airconditionner), clean, convienient. Staff is open to critism and willing to do better (I gave few remarks that had been taken into account immediatly, which is a sign of willingness to do better). Nice pool (right size in consideration of the central location), suffcient gym equipment. Recommanded

  This hotel is with no doubts the best of Santiago. Quiet (appart from room 226 and 228 due to a indoor airconditionner), clean, convienient.
