1. Did not have our reservation. Had to have website call them directly to confirm we had a place. 2. When we showed up at 12:15am, they had given our room away. (Even though I pre-paid for this room 3 weeks in advance). The man at the front desk told me that hotel policy says they can give away our room after midnight, even if it is pre-paid. When I asked to see this policy, he said, "it isn't written anywhere". So, I asked him if he had given away our room in the last 15 min. (since it was only 12:15) and he admitted to giving it away earlier in the day. His reason was because "website called and said we probably weren't coming".Blatant lying to my face. 3. The man on duty was VERY rude. He accused my brother and I of being drunk (not true). He used profanity, calling me and hole. I was very angry about not having a room that was PREPAID!, but this did not give him to right to be rude, offer no solution, or apology. 4. I demanded a refund to my card, and he said, "sure", but would not do the refund while I was standing there, but instead, he would "do it later". The next morning I called and had them call the hotel. As I suspected, no refund had been made to my account. So, on labor day weekend, at 12:30am, we drove around trying to find SOMEONE with an empty room. I was forced to pay MUCH more for a room elsewhere, after stopping driving all over seeing only "no vacancy"

I would not ever recommend this hotel to anyone. The room smell. The bedsheets had stains on them. Our rooms were suppose to have jacuzzi in them and they didn't. We asked for 1 king bed instead of two standard size bed and that's exactly what the rooms had. I had to complain in order to get a room with a king size bed. Do not waste your money in this hotel!!!!

the room was clean. this hotel was okay for the money but i only paid $* for the night. someone had taken the batteries out of the tv remote but the staff quickly corrected it. no real complaints, but it was farther from the casinos then they made it sound.

We had traveled for 13 hours to reach the area. We were greated with smiles, concern and helpful advise as to where to order some terrific Chinese food that was delivered at 11:30 on a Thursday night. Although we only stayed one evening, it was comfortable and clean.

Hotel was shabby, tired looking. Was there for 2 day stay. No room service after the first night. Bed not made, no cups second day, no clean towels 2nd day. Would not stay there again.
