I called this hotel to cancel one of my rooms, and was told ""no problem! Consider it cancelled!"" Then the charges still appeared on my credit card, despite the fact that at check-out, I only saw a bill for the one room. The manager, X , is NEVER available, and it is impossible to speak to her in person. Does this woman ever even show up to work? After phone message after phone message after phone message, I finally was told that the extra charges would be credited back to my credit card. SHE LIED TO ME. THEY NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY BACK. Every single employee at this hotel that I spoke to told me that they did not have answers to my questions, because they had not worked at the hotel for very long. The person doing check-in messed up my room reservation and gave me the key to a room that had someone else's luggage in it. ""It's my first day!"" was the excuse. The person who gave me a different room that was not double booked did so VERY slowly, and only after calling someone else for help. ""I've only worked here for two weeks!"" is what she told me. When I asked her if there was anyone else working who had been there longer, she told me ""No, it's just us!"" I do not recommend you stay at this hotel. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that offer much better customer service, and that won't steal your money.

Though located in an out-of-the-way place, this hotel offers the most modern and comfortable long-term-stay accommodations in the area. Rooms are very comfortable and include many conveniences such as microwave and fridge plus minor kitchen functionality. The price is somewhat higher than the competition but this hotel comes out best when overall value is considered.
Definitely a winning Marriott facility. -

I was here for a wedding and this hotel was great. The first thing was that the staff was amazing. I showed up about 2 hours before check in and they had the maids get a room ready in a sold out hotel for me. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were the best I've ever had. It was super clean and very nice. The pool was great. It closes at 11 and my friends and I decided to go swimming at 10:45 but the staff let us use the pool well past 11. The items they offered in the room were great. The only problem I had was that my GPS couldn't find the hotel, but a quick call to the desk and they were able to help me out in a second. The hotel isn't very close to the city but I didn't need it to be. Overall I had a great time and the hotel was amazing so if you are even thinking about staying here just forget any doubts you have and book this hotel immediately.
