The restaurant was not at all affordable to the average family. We were not able to eat at the hotel because the menu was way over a normal price range. I would like to see a free continental breakfast offered instead of a HIGH PRICED BREAKFAST BUFFET.

We have stayed here a couple times in the past year and have really been impressed with how clean the hotel is and the staff is very friendly and professional. Nice to have two comfy queen beds. Most area hotels usually offer only double beds. Nice crisp & clean linens. The breakfast buffet included with our rate was wonderful, the pool is nice especially for families with pre-school aged kids. We will definately stay here again when in the area.

The hotel exceeded our expectations for our family with two children ages 5 & 8. The pool and splash area were a big hit with the children. The rooms were spacious, clean, and stylish. The beds were Deep Sleep Comfort, and I thought the pillows were good quality too. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone travelling to Chicago. Although it's a trek to get downtown for the Museums and other sites, it was really nice having a quieter neighborhood to stay in and free parking was nice too after paying downtown parking rates.

Stayed two days in Sept. This may be the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. front desk very helpful with directions, maps etc. Shuttle was very prompt, every 30 min. to airport & other transit links. if you fly in, no need for car rental. shuttle even took us to local establishments and picked us up when we called front desk. Everyone very friendly and courteous. Nice pool, fitness room, and computer room. Our room was very clean and spacious. beds were very comfortable. Lounge & check in area had a warm and friendly atmosphere, with fireplace & tv. With discounted rates, I would not even consider another hotel in the area. Dining area did have limited hours, but shuttle to local sports bar & grill made up for this.
