I did not get more than 2 hours of sleep for 2 of 3 nights we stayed there. It was so loud, with people yelling down the hall throughout the night (there is a gap under the door so you can hear everything), the ice machine was right outside our door, and the fridge inside our room kept making loud sounds.

The mattress on the bed was concave as there was no support in the middle of the bed. While the heating unit in the room did work, it was so loud that no one in the room could get any sleep at night so we left it turned off. The window in the room had little or no weather insulation and allowed cold air in. The window had condensation inside due to the poor insulation. And, every time someone in the hallway would slam a door, the window would rattle ? again because of improper insulation. While we don?t blame the hotel for people yelling at 1:30 ? 2:00 in the morning, and children running up and down the hallways, we would have appreciated someone responding to our two complaints about the noise. Nothing was done. Lastly, the shower head was so low that only child would be able to wash his or her hair without having to do a contortion act. I literally had to get on me knees to wash my hair. I will never stay at another Ramada hotel, or recommend them to anyone. This hotel is not worth the discounted price. We obviously got what we paid for, and less. Travelers to the Glendale/Perioa area beware!!

Beware when making reservations at this hotel or other Wyndham hotels if they have offers like ""Stay 3, Get /* Off"" - this is a Prepaid reservation which allows NO CHANGES AND NO CANCELLATIONS and they will take your money up front without any chance of getting it back!! It is not very clear throughout the website that this kind of reservation has terms much different than a regular reservation and neither Wyndham Rewards nor Ramada would make any effort at all to assist us with this mistake when we contacted them immediately after noticing they had charged almost $* to our checking account for a reservation which is six months away! They do not care to keep a happy customer, only about the upfront money they have pocketed and will insist they cannot refund or change the reservation! We travel A LOT for business and pleasure and will be staying away from this hotel and from other Wyndham locations.

I cannot say Thank YOU enough! This hotel has the best staff by far! Our room was newly remodeled and the housekeepers did a fabulous job. The restaurant actually had normal prices, not the outrageous cost usually associated with a hotel. All of the bartenders at the sports bar were accommodating, and the food was great! Our family will be holding a reunion this summer, and I would recommend this Ramada to everyone! Great rooms, Great Staff, Great food! The property is large like a resort and even has banquet halls! I will be calling the corporate office to give my kudos!
