Location is perfect lots of different restaurants, stores and shopping center around. Staff was very friendly and helpful, we took the non smoking executive room and it was nice and clean we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend for others.

I went to visit an ill relative and made all of my reservations online (I was a bit nervous). I was traveling with my mother and she becomes quite anxious when not home and in different places. She felt so comfortable at the hotel that she said she hadn't slept that good in a long time when she awoke in the mornings. The continental breakfast served healthy food and the staff in the lounge was helpful, fast, and very friendly. We were also impressed with the choices of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling near Independence Missouri. It was great and secure enough that even my mother could sleep well!

Everything was really nice and the service was good... except for the guy who checked us out and charged my card even though I'd just verified that I prepaid. I called a few days later and they did a fairly quick refund. The rooms were great though, nice and comfortable. The breakfast needs more hot food-besides bisquits and gravy.

Other than a couple issues upon check-in with the room type and keys not working, our stay was great. It is a short drive right down the hwy to the stadium and the rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was good too!

06/22/2006The hotel is very clean and the staff was excellent. our suite was large for the size of our family. the breakfast was good too. overall i will be back.
