  This hotel is great for families, great pool and BBQ area! I had read about the beds so I called ahead and found out that they were replaced. It's about one mile from the beach but right next to a trolley stop that will take you to the beach if you don't want to walk (the kids loved riding the trolley seeing as we're from southern California and are brainwashed to drive everywhere...) It was also nice just to spend a day at the pool and walk around. Bottom line, it's DEFINTIELY a great value.

  This inn was exactly what we wanted for a vacation in Maine; quaint and sweet, close to the beach and to town. There's a waterfall that's practically on the property, and you can catch the trolley right out front for a nice ride to nearby towns. We loved the pool area with the barbecue right there, it really gave a nice sense of community to the place and allowed us to get acquainted with other guests. We'll definitely be back here if we ever make it to Maine again!
