    I've stayed there a lot over the years; not fancy, but not a dump. Fairly priced, and staff generally friendly. The single rooms have shower stalls with a low shower head but otherwise no complaints. At about $* this is usually the first place I check when in Eugene.

    Well I think this place is worth every penny. Nice and clean room plus they offer breakfast and high speed internet. Center of downtown and it was walking distance to where i needed to go. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. I will definity stay there again. Keep up the good work guys.

    Beds were old, lumpy and uncomfortable. shower stall to small with zero water pressure. the air conditioner only cooled immediate area leaving the rest of the room hot and uncomfortable. ...

    Beds were old, lumpy and uncomfortable. Shower stall to small with zero water pressure. The air conditioner only cooled immediate area leaving the rest of the room hot and uncomfortable. Not worth the price I payed. This motel needs a lot of work.

    This is a very old motel that deserves 0 stars. Although it was basically clean, the sheets were torn, bed was uncomfortable, shower curtain stunk, bathroom was inadequate, rate was 2x what it should have been.
