I will definitely NOT stay here again. Customer service was horrible. Room was not very clean (bug found on bathroom floor). We were rushed out of the room after being told it was ok to check out 15 minutes past the 11:00am check out time. Maid service came knocking at 11:08. We were told by the front desk that the staff must be complete with their work by a certain time and we were holding them up (there were honestly no more than a dozen occupied rooms in the entire hotel and I counted 3 maids on my floor alone) I ended up leaving my glasses behind and have called the hotel several times (4 at last count) to have my glasses sent back to me. The last front desk person I talked to informed me that the manager of the hotel doesn't think she wants to mail my glasses back to me (at my expense). I still have yet to speak to the manager so I am now sending one of my relatives that lives in the area to pick up the glasses for me.

THIS IS A GREAT HOTEL I HAVE STAYED HERE A FEW TIMES EVERYTIME I GO TO MEDFORD TO SEE MY SON WE STAY HERE THEY HAVE A BIG WATER SLIDE THATS MY KIDS LOVE AND THEY HAVE GREAT ROOMS AND RATES THE THE HELP IS VERY HELPFUL AND NICE AND THEY HAVE A GOOD BREAKFAST. YOU HAVE TO STAY HERE THE NEXT TIME YOU VISIT MEDFORD OREGON. FUN
