  I stayed one night here while in town. room was updated and nice and the bed was great. low noise and friendly staff. would stay again!

  This was one of the best experiences because of the staff and quality of this hotel. We just didn't want to leave. The staff was warm, friendly, and acted as if they really like their jobs. Boy that's rare today. Our room was clean and luxurious. The breakfast was delicous! It's a little off the main highway, but it ended up to be the best location. We could just jump up on the highways and headed to all the sites.

  Hotel was very clean and orderly. Staff extremely helpful and easy to deal with. We arrived early and were allowed to check-in a couple hours before check-in time. The breakfasts were great, good variety.

  we stayed here during a local event for 2 nights and were treated exceptionally well by the staff and our room was clean and comfortable.The location is convenient to all of Chattanooga and we will definitely stay there again next year.

  Our Volley Team stayed at this hotel. Parents/teenagers were very impressed with hotel! Hotel was clean, spacious and staff was kind/ helpful. Gave directions to the v-ball tournaments and recommended a great place usto dine. They have novels on site for the guests to read. Hotel had food (coffee & tea) and freshly made cookies available upon arrival. The hotel is also near a shopping area. Flaw: If you were not careful you'd miss the turn to access the hotel. They have an indoor pool. Our team was able to bond with one another.WE LOVED OUR STAY AT THIS HOTEL! -- Thanks!!
