Beware!
10/15/2008Went to check in. found pool was closed. only reason we had booked that hotel. shrugged it off. was told our total due was considerably higher than the online company ...
Went to check in. Found pool was closed. Only reason we had booked that hotel. Shrugged it off. Was told our total due was considerably higher than the online company quote. Showed our online paperwork including the fee. Was told they would not honor that price. Asked for our deposit back and said we would not be staying due to the change in rate along with pool issue. They said that the online company was the place to call. They did not have our credit card information. They would not be charging us. The online company said not to worry about it. It didn't work that way, but since they'd told us that we wouldn't be charged. One month later ... a charge appears on our credit card bill for the room. Disputed and rec'd word from hotel manager that when we heard about the pool we left without saying a word. You judge for yourself. But Beware.

The only problem we had with this hotel was trying to book it through online. It didn't work out so we booked it separately directly through the hotel. The service was wonderful and met all of our needs.

09/27/2006Great location if you're visiting plymouth state or going climbing in rumney. just a little motel, nothing really luxurious. just a bed and a shower...all you really need ...
