  Staff was very professional. adverised free internet service, however signal was not strong enough to use computer effectively. carpeting had significant stains and the heating/airconditioning was very noisy.

  Having booked this room for my mom to stay for the weekend, I was unsure of what would happen. I can only say the staff was amazingly helpful. The room was very large and accomodating. The hotel was very easy to get to as well.

  I am a big fan of Four Points hotels. I do a great deal of business travel and have found that they suit my needs perfectly. The Meriden Four Points matches up in every way. Clean comfortable rooms, good food, great service. I have stayed here multiple times over the last several months, they seem to be doing work to the property with lots of upgrades. Property is located very close to local businesses which I work with. Highly reccomended.

  The only complaint I have is that the hotel double charged me - i did not realize that you prepaid for my rooms - so my friend presented her credit card and was charged for the other room on the reservation.

  We only stayed for the night. the room was nice and the setting was very quiet. no highway noise, no service noise.
