We arrived early in the morning (2 a.m.) and was given a key to a room with people already in it! We, and the people who were sleeping, were mortified! The front desk clerk argued with us about it- saying there could not have been people there. Only after the people called, did he believe us. When we checked out, we were charged more than what we were told the room rate was at the time of reservation because we were traveling with two dogs (which they were aware of at the time of the reservation). After arguing with the front desk clerk for an hour, we were still charged more! The hotel clerks were the rudest I have ever encountered! We put in a formal complaint with the Days Inn corporate office.

We arrived early in the morning (2 a.m.) and was given a key to a room with people already in it! We, and the people who were sleeping, were modified! The front desk clerk argued with us about it- saying there could not have been people there. Only after the people called, did he believe us. When we checked out, we were charged more than what we were told the room rate was at the time of reservation because we were traveling with two dogs (which they were aware of at the time of the reservation). This hotel is an overpriced DUMP!! The smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling. There was a half finished Beer can behind the night table and an old coffee in the microwave.My pillow case had what appeared to be blood on it and to top it off they have a bad attitude STAY AWAY (SLEEP IN YOUR CAR INSTEAD)
