  The room was clean--tv and ac worked--front desk friendly and nice --room service was very good. breakfast was small (not much choice. over-all very nice.

  The location along the river was perfect! close to everything we wanted to do, but not so close that we were bothered by the sounds of traffic or the crowds! ...

  The location along the river was perfect! Close to everything we wanted to do, but not so close that we were bothered by the sounds of traffic or the crowds! The room was clean and fully stocked, but the beds were a little lumpy. The staff was excellent; helpful, but not intrusive! The breakfast menu was very sparse, but we will definitely stay again!

  I have been staying here since they tore the Plasa Motel down a few years ago. I tried a couple of others but when I stayed at the Econ Lodge that was it, I have been comming back ever since. Icall the Qualla my home away ffrom home and try to get back as often as I can. My next visit will be July 1 to 8. I will be there for the Pow-Wow, which if any of you are in the area should try to see. I'm sure once you stay here you'll want to come back, especially when the leaves turn in the fall. From here I'm going up north for about 3 or 4 weeks and then back here on my way back to Florida for a week or so. So, why not make your next trip Cherokee and the Econo Lodge I'm sure you'll enjoy the Hotel and it's location.
