My wife and kids stayed here in March with a general ok stay. When we got our credit card bill we had been charged $* for smoking cleanup even though we have never smoked. We have contested the charge with the national Best Western customer service and the Better Business Bureau with no sucess yet. Today we filed with the attorney general.

Our family stayed at this motel this past weekend. We were attending a family wedding. The staff & rooms were quite good. The pool water was a bit cool & there was not any wireless internet. Those are the ONLY things that need to be improved. We had the best time! Having a clean, comfortable place to rest was a big part of our weekend.

They did not have the room we reserved (they gave us 1 bed for 4 people), had already charged our credit card and couldn't issue a refund. The manager was ""unavailable"" during 2 weeks of phone calls. We will not use this chain again.

I was not impressed with the hotel overall. First room they gave me the TV did not work and the front desk said ""Oh, yeah, forgot about that"". I also noticed there was no coffee maker in the first room too. The second room I was put in the TV worked. Room was clean, mostly comfortable. Shower water pressure was awful, though. The breakfast here was mediocre, especially seeing that the first morning I was there, they were out of OJ and almost out of milk. No fresh fruit, either. Staff complained about each other for not doing their job.
