  We stayed at the hotel and had a great time. The staff was wonderful. I read some of the other reviews posted through other trip advisor's and don't know where they got their information, but my family had a great time. The food was plentiful and good, the pool was a big hit with the kids. My husband stayed in the tavern talking to the staff while watching the kids in the pool on the monitor in the tavern.
  Next time I plan a trip to Vermont, I will be staying there Summer or Winter.
