  All appliances and most light fixtures did not work. I checked and found no problems with the fuse box. We were literally trapped in the condominium as the garage door did not work and had no emergency cord for opening. Despite their own handout which indicated they would be open the management company was closed. They had a recording which had two emergency numbers one mechanical and the other for general emergencies. Each emergency line indicated a response time of 15 to 20 minutes. A total of four (4) messages, two to each emergency line were left. Two hours later no calls were returned. At that point I booked another hotel. Later in the morning and after booking another accommodation the power came back. Since I had already made alternative arrangements, and knew the electrical issue was not resolved my family and I left. This is entirely unacceptable. In addition I lost money on the purchase of groceries and found the condo in general to be somewhat musty and dirty. There was gum struck to two walls, spider webs and a mini blind whihc fell off just sitting on the floor (I fixed). Of greatest concern was a management company that was not open contrary to their own posted hours and not checking or returning emergency messages.
