A nice hotel in an excellent location! The front desk check-in was fast and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, we especially liked the upscale bedding. If you want a view of the famous Fountain Hills fountain (which is across the street) you'll need to book and request that room in advance because they'll be gone by the time you get there. Cafes, shops and visitor walking trails are all nearby. A good value for the price, we'd definitely stay there again!

Holiday Inn Fountain Hills was a nice, clean, modest hotel located in a suburban area. The rooms were comfortable. The dorm-sized microwave and refrigerator were helpful to cut down on costs dining out. The swimming pool/hot tub area was good and they had bar service out to the pool area. The staff there was helpful with suggestions about the local area. They also have a couple computers/printer with internet access for guest use for no charge. There are shops, a park, a bar, etc. within walking area of the hotel. I would stay again if going back to the area.

We stayed at this hotel at the tail end of our trip to Arizona while visiting family in the area. I wish we had opted to stay longer. The hotel is brand new and much, much nicer than what I expected a Holiday Inn to be. Our room was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable. Bathrooms had granite countertops and were very clean. The regular king room had a microwave and refrigerator with a freezer. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were very nice. The front desk staff were among the friendliest people we met while in Az. We were able to reach the Phoenix Airport in 15 minutes from this location, on a very easy drive on the beeline (this was Sunday morning). Excellent place to stay - would do it again.
