The hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby was very nicely decorated, warm and gives an inviting feel. Even the little things like free warm cookies by the front desk add to the welcoming touch. We appreciated the fact that it was wheelchair accessible. However, if there was one thing we truly liked, it was the room we were given. It was very cozy. During all 3 nights of our stay, we had the best sleep ever! We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again when we come back to Massachusetts.

There was a loud drunken party outside the door (in the hallway) with people running and screaming and laughing almost NON-STOP from about 5:30 pm to 12:30 am. Multiple phone calls did not resolve the problem and sometimes nobody at the desk bothered to pick up the phone. At around 11:00 PM room service (which I had NOT requested) banged on the door. I thought it was the drunks and said go away. They banged louder and started fumbling with the lock. I jumped out of bed and leaned against the door because the interior lock was broken and glued on with silicone caulk and wouldn't keep them out. I told them again to go away, I didn't order anything; they were at the wrong room. After a while, they finally left. THEN in the middle of the night somebody decided it was a good time to vacuum the hallway outside my door for about ten minutes. Around 6:15 or 6:30 am I was awakened by loud laughter and conversations and a door slamming repeatedly, loud enough to rattle the furniture; apparently the day shift was coming in the staff door and that was the end of our 4 1/2 hours sleep. Finally, we had breakfast and got a bill, I said I had prepaid breakfast with my reservation; so I was sent to the front desk to get a coupon. The person at the front desk looked up my room and said NO, I didn't pay for breakfast - I said oh yes I did - and after scrutinizing the computer screen a bit more she handed me a coupon. The room was clean and the breakfast was ok; but this was one of the hotel experiences EVER.

Lovely and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully appointed; large flat screen TV, attractive furniture. Guests can dial the firmness of mattress desired. All rooms have microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Air conditioning works well. The swimming pool is heated but not hot...very refreshing. The restaurant is gentile and the ambiance is comfortable. Food was excellent, plentiful, and surprisingly affordable. The wait staff were attentive, friendly, prompt, and observant. The setting was quiet and attractive. I was pleased to have a room that didn't look out onto the parking lot. Hotel is located near mall, restaurants, and attractions. All in all a great place to stay and good value!

On a recent business trip to Woburn, Mass. I stayed here just one nite. The hotel is convenient to the freeways, easy to find and close to shopping and restaurants. The staff was polite and helpful, a standard room was very clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. Only there the one nite,so didn't make use of any of the other facilities or services but they seem to have everything anyone could need. Easy, 20 minute (no traffic) drive to Logan. For the money, it would be hard to better.

I recently stayed at the HGI-Burlington for the second time in three years. Both experiences have been very positive. The hotel is competitively priced relative to others in the area (e.g. much lower than the nearby Marriot). The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I have made frequent use of the on site Business Center with no issues. During the most recent visit, I used the Fitness Center and was impressed that they actually have a weight machine in addition to a treadmill and a stationary bicycle. The restaurant serves a nice buffet breakfast with cook-to-order omelets. People at the reception desk are friendly and efficient. They also have cookies on the reception counter if you get there early enough in the evening.
