This was my first bed and breakfast ever - and I'm not sure I'll ever want to stay in a hotel again!! The staff is very nice, delicious breakfast. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous - very very clean. The house is well kept and beautiful. I was very pleased with the rate ;well worth it; and if I go back to newport I'll be staying there again! The location is perfect as well - plenty of on site parking. Its about a 5 minute walk to the Bellevue Ave, about 10 minutes down to the warf. This is a historicly beautiful house, and I would recommend it to everyone I know.

I didnt realize that this inn was gay friendly , We had checked out Diffrent Inns Out of 4 inns this was the one and my partner me Had a great time . The INN keeper XXX made us feel at home .The Inn was clean upscale service was great . The staff went out of there way and beyond For me and my partner ....See you next year...
