  But the manager was a prick. the staff went out of their way for us, but the manager tried to charge us for towels and a table that was broken ...

  ...but the manager was a prick. The staff went out of their way for us, but the manager tried to charge us for towels and a table that was broken when we got there. Microtel should can Omar and promote from within.
