Bad Service, bad attitude dirty room

We stayed here for several nights during a snow storm. The hotel was overpriced, we paid over $* for a small room. Our TV didn't work and when we contacted the desk the clerk said "What do you expect me to do, I'm not a tv repair man". As we settled into the room we noticed that there was hair all over the sheets, on the toilet, in the tub and in the sink. We also found wadded up paper that was under the edge of the bed. When we checked out the next morning we spoke to the manager and he said that there was nothing he could do for us because we stayed in the room.

Absolutely great Comfort Inn, probably the nicest I've stayed at. Very comfortable beds, tasteful decor, large rooms. Large bathroom. Our adjoining rooms both had mini fridges and microwaves. Indoor pool is small but adequate (but floor tiles are a neck-breaker when wet!). Nice breakfast area, but the large amount of counter space for food was half bare. Minimal selection included only two choices of cereal, wafflemaker, few breads, packets of instant oatmeal, canned fruit cocktail, hard boiled eggs in shell: no yogurt, bananas, or anything hot. I left a comment card with regard to this, as other similarly priced hotels offer much better breakfasts. Meanwhile, you might want to bring some of your own breakfast fixings to supplement! I would not, however, allow that to keep me from staying at this nice hotel.

07/15/2008Arrived late at night but manager still friendly and helpful. rooms clean and in good condition. breakfast was decent. would have been nice to have a choice of fruit available.

Great Hotel. Very clean when you walk in. Room very clean. Bathroom nice. Pool was a little small for amount of guests. Sign on wall said limit 10 in pool and there were at least 18 people. But on up side, the pool wasn't always occupied. Timing is everything. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Had waffles, cereal etc. Nice eating area. Would definately stay there again. Oh, and no pets are allowed. That was great. Didn't have to worry about my sons allergies or the smell of dog poop in the halls.

I was for one night but I stayed 2 nights, I forgot to ask front desk to extend my days and left for work. front desk contect me and informed me they extend a day. Clean room both nights and I got my breakfast at 05.00am instaid of 06.00am. Great people and staff.
