My husband and I stayed at this hotel May 12 through 14, 2009. The staff and food were excellent. The hotel room we stayed in needed a bit of upgrading, but everything else was in excellent condition. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Manzanillo. The only thing I didn't like was having to pay a higher price per night because we used our credit card. If you pay in cash, you pay less. If you pay with a credit card, you pay more. I would recommend anyone wanting to stay here to make their reservations on-line instead of when you get to the hotel.

I liked every thing execpt the room.would bring a blow up air matress next time. the shows were pretty good , my kids had lots of activities to do , . Meals werent spectacular but were good. They had some water sport things to use but were old, still fun to get out on but was very limited on the time to use them

THE SERVICE WAS GOOD THE PEOPLE GREAT, THE ENTERTAINMENT GREAT. THE FOOD NEED A LITTLE MORE VARIETY PRETTY GOOD.THE ONLY DIFFICULT THING WAS ACCESS TO THE ROAD IF YOU WANTED TO GO TO DOWNTOWN YOU CANNOT WALK. YOU NEEDED A TAXI.

This was the best value for the money. There was very little wrong with the hotel. Not enough to give them a bad ratting. The show was nice. I like the fact the singer had disks available for sale.
