  New motel, rooms are basic but large, clean and comfortable with fridge and microwave and good lighting. Good continental breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. Low price is a very good value. Negatives - located east of I-95 in an industrial area next to an auto salvage yard. Restaurants and shopping are about five miles away west of I-95.
