NEVER AGAIN!

I was charged an extra day after I checked out and even a month later after my horrible stay there I am STILL waiting to be refunded. The dining/restaurant there is aweful. I had to ask 3 times for our drinks and they still had it wrong. They never brought us our toast that came with the meal even after asking 3 times. Front desk sucks.Called for more towels 4 times and still never got them. The housekeeping staff..even when the do not disturb sign is on the door they still barge in without knocking. Housekeeping staff is stupid when it comes to "where's the ice machine." 3 different people told me they didnt have ice and vending machines. I later found it asking another person that was staying there. The heater/air conditioner is LOUD! We have a nb baby and we had to have it off so we could all sleep. Never again will we stay at Quality Inn or any choice hotel.

07/11/2007Overly priced, overly rated. lobby is deceiving--appears quite nice. however, stairwell, hallways, the room were ""dingy"" looking. should have checked room before paying-would not have stayed!! restaurant food "" ...
Overly priced, overly rated. Lobby is deceiving--appears quite nice. However, stairwell, hallways, the room were ""dingy"" looking. Should have checked room before paying-would not have stayed!! Restaurant food ""fair"" but service was horrible. Smoke alarm went off at 5 a.m. as the air conditioner smelt hot and a/c was so loud during the night it was difficult to sleep. Their 100% satisfaction or you don't pay is a joke. Not even asked upon checkout if everything was okay. Worst but most expensive lodging we had on our trip.

06/29/2007The ac unit was extremely loud in the room. only 2 people working in the dining area. have to agree the hallways are dark and the vending machine was empty.

A good choice among many poor options
12/15/2006Older hotel, fantastically inadequate restaurant with inept waitstaff. grocery store is a better dining choice. clean rooms; hallways are dark and weirdly-painted. front desk staff had lots of trouble ...
Older hotel, fantastically inadequate restaurant with inept waitstaff. Grocery store is a better dining choice. Clean rooms; hallways are dark and weirdly-painted. Front desk staff had lots of trouble with my reservation...inexperienced? Still better than anything to the west.

After the let down at the Days Inn up the street, came here to find an OUTSIDE POOL! GLORY! After 7 hr drv, jst wntd to eat and swim. Sat in Rstrnt w/ wife and Grndsn for 20 minutes. NO ONE THERE!. Front desk called Rstrnt, NO ANSWER. Sat another 15 minutes, NO ONE CAME OUT TO HELP. A/C in room 144 is very loud, but overall room was very good.
