  The place, as advertised, had been refurbished. The bathroom was all new and everything worked -- a good sign. Very clean. I did not rate it ""Excellent"" overall because more expensive places have things like room service. Our room had a refrigerator, microwave, and other equipment for light meals. We did not use the latter, but the kitchen would be especially useful for families.

  At hospital for 36 hours. We were told a $ over the phone, upon arrival told 10.00 more. A medical discount would be nice. The bthrm was very small, black tile was dirty & streaky. Dirty Air condition didn't work well, VERY DIRTY FAN sent to room. During breakfast we were made to feel like we were taking food for lunch. The staff looks over you like your going to steal!Blanket I asked for was very old and dry. I didn't have to use because rm was HOT. Rm had what we wanted but, the staff made you feel very uncomfortable!
