  Misrepresented in the ad. This is essentially a hotel room / studio with NO view. Jacuzzi on premises broken. Dirty dishes, microwave in old dresser (falling apart) on lanai; coffee maker, pop-up toaster, microwave, cube-fridge plugged into one old mult-strip on the lanai; musty smell.
