  Staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Room was very nice, clean, well furnished and comfortable. TV and all utilities in proper working order. I did not need to contact room service. I did not use the Pool, but did use the Exercise Room which was good. The lobby was spacious and the furniture was comfortable and relaxing for reading the local newspaper which was complimentary. They even served cookies for you to munch on in the lobby. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Hilton Garden Inn at Niagara-On-The Lake.

  Staff was rude everytime we tried to exchange our currency...hair dryer caught on fire...had to move to another room without any help...we left an item in the ...

  staff was rude everytime we tried to exchange our currency...hair dryer caught on fire...had to move to another room without any help...we left an item in the old room and it was never seen again...the hotel was way over priced...at those prices we thought we would at least get a cup of coffee in the morning...not...only 1 luggage cart for the whole place...the people of canada were very nice except the streaked-haired women that worked the front desk...rude...never again...first and last time in a Hilton for us

  Easy to find. close to wineries and niagara on the lake. lovely landscaping. adequate parking. helpful staff. clean rooms. what more could you ask?

  Front desk staff did not confirm room type requiring me to return for change to requested king. staff was confused on whether complimentary coffee was provided to guests or not ...

  Front desk staff did not confirm room type requiring me to return for change to requested king. Staff was confused on whether complimentary coffee was provided to guests or not embarrassing my wife in the process. Location is convenient to highway but not to Niagara-on-the-Lake village and tourist area. I would not withhold good recommendation but rate as slightly overpriced for the level of services and suggest better staff training to insure knowledge of policies and focusing on their business accommodations for their customer.

  We had a nice 4 days trip in the fantastick niagara region,visted wineries, downtown niagara-on-the-lake and mighty niagara falls. great location!
