  We had many issues wiith our stay last week that still has me wondering how this can be a Hilton hotel. Crickets overcome the room, DUST was terrible from the tile work they were doing in the breakfast area. (they did not have the forsight to cover any of the breakfast serving utizels or the coffee cups and pots) Fire Alarms went off SEVERAL times during the night which I was told was from the dust. All of this would have been ok, but the staff was really unaccomodating. Our room was directly across from the construction work being done so It was VERY loud and DUSTY. I went to the desk to see about changing rooms and was told there was nothing to switch to, yet while I was waiting at the desk a couple came to the desk inquiring about a room for the night and was told that they had 7 left. I only needed ONE....I guess once they check you in - THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR COMFORT. We checked out a few minutes later.

  WoW!!! I had a fantastic suite. I t was clean, roomy, and if your going to be away from home the next best thing to being there. Staff was great. They were freindly and always willing to give directions. This hotel made my stay for my son's Army bootcamp graduation a teriffic experence! By the way did I mention always had fresh warm coffee, Internet with your computer or theirs and warm breakfast every morning. Loved it!!!
