  Clean room, reliable wireless, appliances all worked and were clean. No bar soap or kleenex were in the room. I did not call about this, because I think the ground rules vary at these extended-stay places. There was dish soap and a sponge. And there's a Meijer just across the way if you need more supplies. The place is hard to find - Germany Lane is small, though it DOES have a light on Col. Glenn. The easy way to find them is to go to the Home Depot on Col. Glenn, then follow the driveway to the left of home depot. At first you pass a storage facility, but then come to the hotel.

  I booked two rooms for the same three days. The travel website prepaid. I checked in after a ridiculous 30 minute wait at the desk. They guaranteed that the second room would be available at 1 AM when my friends arrived from their international destination. When we arrived, the room had been sold and we were sent out in the rain and dark at 2:00 AM to a different hotel 6 miles away. Worse, we were told to check out each of the three days and check back with the Suburban Extended Stay to see if they had a room for each night. (They did not.) Huge inconvenience and embarrassment for me as I set this up for my overseas friends. Clerks at the Suburban were nasty, inefficient, and seemed almost to be in a trance much of the time. Rooms are much too small, very poor quality bedding and appointments for the price. Now I have to fight with Suburban and the travel agency to recover my prepaid room cost. TOTAL DISASTER. Do not even consider staying there,
