We were there two nights. The room was very nice. The first day our card did not work, so We had to go to the desk. that day they did not come and clean the room. The next day when we were leaving, they asked if we wanted to have the room cleaned. This was annoying, since we could have used more towels on the day the room was not cleaned. Everything else was good.

We were there two nights. The room was very nice. The first day our card did not work, so We had to go to the desk. that day they did not come and clean the room. The next day when we were leaving, they asked if we wanted to have the room cleaned. This was annoying, since we could have used more towels on the day the room was not cleaned. Everything else was good.

Overall, very nice. Close to interstate, but several miles from Ashland. Housekeeping totally missed our room after the first night, but we decided not to complain and after the next night, they did fine. Hot tub, cont. breakfast and beds were great. Shower layout, paint on walls and the super-fast suction flush on the toilet were not.
