We stayed for a girlfriend overnight getaway. Hotel was beautiful, clean and well appointed. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We booked a suite with 2 king beds and the suite featured a comfortable sofabed. Room was roomy enough for 5 and all our gear. Linens were luxurious and very comfortable. No detail went unnoticed. We ate dinner at West Bistro on the property and that complemented the evening well. Wait staff was outstanding and food was tasty. Complimentary continental breakfast was good. They served the best bacon. Thick, wide strips of bacon that were crispy, but not burned, was definitely cooked to perfection. We are planning to stay again when we travel to that area again in the spring. You will not be disappointed.

We are a mature couple and good service and comfort is very important to us. Our stay at the West Inn was a good experience from the start. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They managed to find us a bathroom with a walk-in shower in a small suite consisting of bedroom with TV and small sitting area with TV. The room was clean, bed very comfortable, and we appreciated having the refrigerator, microwave and safe. Even though the hotel caters to families with children, it was never noisy. There is a comfortable sitting area with a free library in the lobby. The pool is a nice size and clean, with plenty of towels and ice water. I used the gym and found it very adequate and clean. The beautiful arrangements of fresh orchids in the lobby and library added to the elegance of the hotel. We even had a freh orchid in our room. The breakfast was simple but good. We enjoyed several good meals at the adjoining Bistro restaurant. We used the hotel's local , free shuttle service which we found very convenient and a added plus to the overall hotel services. We would definitely return to the West Inn again.

We stayed at the West Inn and suites while visiting Legoland. Although we thought the hotel was a bit pricey, we were extremely pleased and thought it was worth the splurge. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful, and the room was pretty, very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The lobby/dining area was a nice place for families with children to gather and play games, chat, have a snack, or whatever. Breakfast was simple but good, and the evening cookies and milk were a huge hit. Overall the place felt luxurious and yet perfectly appropriate for the kids.

After researching various reviews we chose this hotel for our Legoland vacation and although the price is a little more we certainly got what we paid for. Excellent room and service! Good free breakfast, free cookies and milk in evening and room was large, clean as was the bathroom. All in all no complaints! Would recommend and would stay here again.

Great place to stay. Very close to beach. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and a very comfortable bed. It is so nice to finally find a room with 2 king size beds. The Bistro restraunt tis very good. Shuttle service to legoland is great.
