Hotel was near new when we stayed there, but was in disrepair. Hallway air conditioners were missing so hallways got very cold at night. We had to put towels at the bottom of the door to keep floor in room and tile in bathroom from freezing our feet. Bathroom plumbing was very very loud. The pool area looked great, but after swimming a short while, . After a thorough shower, we immediately told the management. The response was a blanked face ?We will close it?. No apology or compassion for the filth my children and I were swimming in. The next morning my wife went to talk to the day manager (an unpleasant person to say the least) and got the same response ?The pool is closed?. We contacted the chains management and got the classic ?Hotels are independently owned and operated?. Luckily there are other good hotels in town.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, The hotel was very well kept. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. My room was very well kept, and the beds were among the best that I have slept on. Would definalty stay here again!

The management at this hotel is horrible. Please do not book this hotel with a credit card. They will double bill you and will not reverse the charges. I have spent alot of time and money to resolve the issue and the hotel management refuses to cooperate.
