I stayed at the Hilton Garden 4/16/ - 4/18/09 and found it to be very clean and pleasant. My only complaint would be that their complimentary shuttle service stops at 12:00 midnight, and I mean IT STOPS, THAT'S ALL, FOLKS, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN AFTER THAT. I was visiting the Radisson, a couple blocks away for an exibit, and when I called the Hilton Garden at 12:01, they said to walk back! I don't know about you, but I'm not walking alone in a city I don;t know late at night. I asked the Radisson front desk for a ride, and NO PROBLEM! I wasn't even staying at their hotel. Kudos to the Radisson!

The hotel is in an excellent location, with rooms and a patio overlooking the outfield wall of the minor league ballpark. I was there in the winter, but the view still was excellent. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful and the free airport shuttle was quick to respond when called from the airport. The room was large and comfortable and free wireless internet service was an amenity that should be present in ALL Hilton hotels.

When we got to the hotel, within 5 minutes of walking through the door we were in our room. The registration process was very good. The room was very clean. There was a shuttle available to take us to the nearby civic center for our concert so we did not have to worry about spending $20 for parking. There was also a shuttle back but we walked. Had a very good buffet breakfast with chefs preparing items to order. Check out was just picking up the phone and checking out. Would love to return to this hotel in the summer when the Manchester baseball team plays. The hotel borders left field of the park and you can watch the game from a patio or your balcony. Very easy to find. Right off I-93 The price was very reasonable. Would recommend it to anyone.

Everything about the stay was great. Checkin was a breeze, the desk called us to see how our stay was going halfway through, the beds were fabulous, food in the restaurant downstairs better than I expected. Nice that they have half portions of some entrees. The hotel is a little tough to get to with construction on Bridge St right now. An exploded map on their site would have been helpful, but for the money I'd go back in a heartbeat.
