  Our stay at the Colonial Inn in Eureka Springs was great! The innkeepers were extremely friendly and responsive to our requests. The continental breakfast was good and very convenient (we were in the first room off the lobby). The accomodations were very clean. The innkeeper was happy to have our motorcycle and provided us with covered parking. This was an excellent value. It was also nice that it is off the main drag to provide a little more peaceful location.

  We stayed at the colonial inn in eureka springs ar. we will never stay there again ! i got the 3rd degree upon check in . then i had to sign in ...

  We stayed at the colonial inn in eureka springs ar. We will never stay there again ! i got the 3rd degree upon check in . Then i had to sign in and out a iron and get a leture to not to iron on anything but the board,Kids and drunks ran up and down the hall till 4 in the morning,I asked house keeping for extra towels and they left me a extra wash cloth and a hand towel no bath towel then to make things worst our room had BUGS if it was not prepaid and no refund ava. we would have left .

  The Colonial Inn was very clean, and the beds were so comfortable. The rooms are very large, and the price was unbeatable. We were very surprised at how nice it was for such a low price. I think that our experience there was better than it would have been at one of the more expensive places to stay. The owner was so nice and very hospitable. We will defiantly stay there every time we visit Eureka Springs.
