  This was our first stay at the Don Q Inn and it was just as we expected. An older but very nostalgic motel. Good restaurant within walking distance connected with underground tunnel to motel. Especially enjoyed the large fireplace in the lobby surrounded by various barber chairs! Would stay again.

  My husband, our daughter, and two grandchildren spent a weekend recently at the Don Q Inn. We found the rooms LARGE and clean. The people at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and nice. The continental breakfast was great. The pool was clean (and underused for some reason) as was the hot tub. All in all we enjoyed our two nights there and would recomment it to anyone, especially if you're visiting the House on the Rock as it is just a few miles down the road. Our only recommended change would be a bit more light in the lobby.
