Don't stay here. Thins walls, gaps in door, very noisy. Bed had hair on sheets and sheets looked used. Couldn't get internet access & front desk person didn't have a clue.

My husband and I decided to get away for a night at the last minute. We drove to Biloxi and took a last minute Hotel there. We called online and were able to get a room at the Red Carpet Inn. It was perfect. The price was reasonable and the desk clerk was very informative. We felt safe and the location was close to ALL of the casinos. The room was clean and new. Will definately stay there again.

First off they didnt have my reservation, I showed my paperwork and they still couldnt find my confirmation which was booked and paid for a week in advance. It took the clerk an hour to rebuild a reservation because in his words" I am not reall good on computers". Finally got checked in and was amazed at the room. The toilet paper holder was duct taped to the wall, the curtains were the same. The air didnt work right and staff memebers were actually seen laying on the floor in the hallways talking on their cellphones. Half of the outlets in the room didnt work either. I would never, ever stay at the Red Carpet Inn in Ocean Springs MS again.

On a positvie note, the room we had was very spacious with fridge,microwave, and king bed. When we arrived at approximately 2:00 pm, however, the room was not ready. We were told there was one housekeeping person for all 60 rooms that day, a Saturday. No problem for us, we left, came back about an hour later and had to wait another 15 minutes. In the middle of the lobby was a mop bucket and mop which I thought very unattractive and unprofessional. The staff apologized repeatedly for the wait and the complimentary breakfast was nothing to brag about either. For the money, I guess we got what we paid for.

WE SCHEDULED OUR NIGHT STAY FOR OUR TRIP TO THE COAST. THEY GAVE ME EXCELLENT RATES AND A CONFORMATION NUMBER. I CALLED ON OUR WAY BECAUSE WE REALIZED IT WOULD BE 7:00 BEFORE WE ARRIVED TO SEE IF THE ROOM WAS GARENTEED, FEELING SURE IT WAS SINCE THEY HAD OUR CHARGE CARD NUMBER.
THE LADY SAID MY RESERVATION WAS IN OCT.. I TOLD HER THE LADY THAT I TALKED WITH SAID THAT I MUST CANCEL BY THE NEXT DAY IF WE SAW WE WANTED TO CANCELL SINCE I MADE IT TWO DAYS BEFORE WE LEFT. I SAID I KNEW WE WOULD NEED THE ROOM AND SHE GAVE ME A CONFORMATION NUMBER THAT THEY WOULD NOT HONOR. SINCE THIS WAS LABOR DAY WEEKEND WE HAD TO DRIVE TWO MORE HOURS TO GET A ROOM. I PLAN TO CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ABOUT THIS BECAUSE IN ALL MY 50 YEARS OF TRAVELING I HAD NEVER HAD A MOTEL NOT TO HONOR THEIR CONFORMATION NUMBER. IF IT HAD BEEN MADE FOR OCT THEY WOULD NOT HAVE TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO CANCELL BY THE NEXT DAY IF WE CHANGED OUR MINDS.
I STRONGLY RECCOMEND YOU NOT TO CONSIDER THIS MOTEL!!
