Only 1 block from the boardwalk and 1 block from Rehoboth Ave, so just about everything you would need is within walking distance - the water, shops, and restaurants. Underground parking is available (1 car per suite). If you have more than 1 car, they can 'rent' you a local parking pass for 10 a day, which is cheaper and easier than feeding a meter. Front desk staff are friendly, helpful, and courteous. Beds were comfortable, and linens were fresh and clean. Housekeeping does a great job, and is responsive to requests. The rug was vacuumed clean, but was a good candidate for a shampooing. Fitness room has the basics: a bike, stairmaster, and a kiosk with resistance machines. Pool is under a glass roof, which is a nice alternative to the beach if you want to get out of the sun. Wide doors open to a deck with lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. Neither were ever crowded. All in all, it's a great place to stay.

Desk staff curt, unfriendly, unhelpful. Room key malfunctioned every day of stay, requiring daily trips back to front desk for re-setting. Wireless Internet connection (advertised) non-functional on our floor - unrepaired for 4 days - management advised us to "work in the lobby." Light switch for bedroom non-functional. TV remote had dead batteries. Hotel has persistent "fried food" smell in hallways, elevator, and lobby. Travelers have lots of choices of places to stay in Rehoboth, and would do well to avoid this one. Location near beach is convenient, but doesn't make up for the unpleasant aspects of a stay at Brighton Suites, and the uncaring attitude of their staff.

I went to rehoboth beach when I was growing up and when my husband and I needed a break from work, I knew that the trek from NY to Rehoboth would be worth it! I was right this hotel was clean, and they changed the towels twice a day on two days while we were there. The associated restuarant was great too. The bathrooms need a little work- the lid off of our toilet tank kept coming off. Otherwise it is at a great location and nice rooms!! The micorwave and frig were a great plus!
