Our reservation was made through an online travel agency for a room with two queen beds. Imagine our dismay when we arrived late Saturday night with two adults and two children and all they had was a king bed and very small roll away. They blamed it on the online travel agency not getting the info to them in time. It was late and we were too tired to search the city for another room. It was not the good night's rest we were hoping for!
