Strange metal hardware sticking out from beds caused numerous injuries to shins. Thermostats in room faulty and temperature was either really hot or really cold. Hotel staff brought apathy to a whole new level. When I went down in the morning, the night clerk was found to be asleep in a chair. When I asked her for extra towels, I was told to 'go to basement' and find them myself. The milk for the continental breakfast was not kept on ice so it was warm and I suspect would have been sour if I had gotten there a few hours later. Treadmill in fitness room not working. The hallways had a strange smell to them and the bathtub was slimy and I nearly fell when I stepped in it. The rest of the room was pretty clean. Overall, it was a horrible hotel to stay in.

I stayed here on a my business travel. It is a quiet hotel and no loud noise from other rooms. Excellent ambiance and very neat floor and bath room. I heard it is newly constructed hotel 2006. Free breakfast and internet. What else you need.

I stayed here for a week on business trip in Budd Lake, It was very near to my client place in ITC. I heard that this is newly constructed in '06 or so. It looks like that new rooms. I don't think one can expect anything more than this. They had a fitness room and complimentary breakfast. The room was very good and clean. No smell and good carpets. Front desk man was polite and helped me with local routes and attractions during my stay. Overall I recommend it because compared to others it is clean and service was good and I enjoyed the stay.

Hotel very musty. Air fresherners thoroughout to hide smell but dosen't work. Placed cup in trash and covered with ants in the morning. Carperts dirty and elevator stinks so bad used stairs to avoid confined smell. Spend the extra $* - $* and stay somewhere nice.
