Don't be fooled. This waterpark was a disappointment because it only consisits of two waterslides and a baby pool. There is no swimming pool! The staff was friendly, the room clean and well decorated. The breakfast was not too good. The fresh fruit was really jarred citrus mix (which my child doesn;t like) and the eggs looked like fake rubber. The coffee pot is stationed in the bathroom DISGUSTING! Needless to say that is a health hazard! We had no hot water which I did report and it was resolved. As long as you don't pay m ore than 100 for a room it could be worth it.

There is no pool, just the waterslides. The kids and husband loved it. We recommend the large suite. It has a separate master bedroom with TV and door to bathroom. Extra door to Bathroom from living room.sleeper sofa. Very private from the kids. Staff very accomodating. Got a cot that was really a nice twin bed! Would stay again. Very clean and great location.

Staff was not very helpful trying to get directions to various locations. Had mascot from local ski area walking through at breakfast time annoying everyone while trying to eat. Kids running around hotel with no supervision at all hours of the night. Complained to front desk several times with no change. Would not stay here again!

Since we were the last people to check into the motel for the night, we were placed on the first floor beside a room that allows pets. The ""ankle biter"" dog whined and barked some early in the evening, but did settle down for the night. Still, I would had preferred not to stay beside a ""pet room.""

What a super hotel. We took our kids for the waterpark. It wasn't too overwhelming for them ages 4 + 6. The staff was SUPER with the kids. I never been in such a kid friendly environment. We will surely go back!
