  Even though i had a confirmation number, they didn't have my reservation so i had to take a smoking room which stunk and then check out in the morning ...

  even though i had a confirmation number, they didn't have my reservation so i had to take a smoking room which stunk and then check out in the morning and check back into the nonsmoking room. the cable tv was "staticky" and almost unwatchable. the clerk at the front desk when i checked in did her best to figure out what went wrong and how to fix it but i still had to check out and move to another room for the second and third night. breakfast in the morning was not up to the standards set at other hotels i've stayed at. all in all, disappointing.

  The cleaning staff must been on vacation. they did not come to clean the room or bring liens. the management did take care of this in a timely manor. the ...

  The cleaning staff must been on vacation. They did not come to clean the room or bring liens. The management did take care of this in a timely manor. The were very freindly and helped out with the area
